Overview:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Some items cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and your bank. If still unresolved, email us at support@Bambapremium@gmail.com.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at support@mdorah.com.ng to request an exchange.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received. Otherwise, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping returns:
To return your product, mail it to the physical address provided. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance.
